Experience Our staff includes multiple appraisers with over forty years of combined real estate valuation experience in the north Georgia market. North Georgia is a diverse real estate market with unique types of real estate due to the diverse topography and demographics of the area. Such a challenging market area demands experience in order to provide quality reports with credible valuations.
Turnaround Time When an appraisal is ordered, an attempt to schedule an appointment will be made within 24 hours. Ongoing status reports regarding issues that may arise in the appraisal process will be made available as soon as they arise, in order to complete the appraisal in the timeliest manner possible. A completed appraisal report can typically be available within two business days of the site visit. The appraisal can then be sent via EDI/PDF electronic delivery, courier, and/or U.S. mail.
