- Jerry Bearden
Jerry is the owner of A-1 Appraisal Associates of Calhoun. Jerry is a native to the North Georgia area. Jerry has a real estate background of over 40 years. His background includes: building construction and development. He has obtained the highest level of appraisal licensing by the Georgia real estate appraisal board, Certified General. Jerry has experience in appraising farms, large manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, warehouses, etc.
- Jason Bearden
Jason is the residential manager of our firm. Jason is a native to the north Georgia area. Jason has been working in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. He has a diverse real estate background including: building construction, development, property management, investor, and consultant to other investors. Jason has much experience in the field of appraisal with over 300 hours of appraisal education and 12,000 hours of appraisal work.
- Shannon Spillman
Shannon works on commercial assignments as a licensed appraiser for A-1 Appraisal. Shannon has an educational background in the accounting profession and has been in the appraisal industry for the previous four years. Shannon is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is currently pursuing his MAI designation. Shannon also holds a real estate sales license with the state of Georgia and works with investors looking for investment properties in the North Georgia market.
- Curt Bearden
Curt is the owner of A-1 Appraisal Associates of Ellijay. After attending Georgia Baptist College, Curt settled with his family in his native north Georgia mountains. Curt has been in the real estate and building industry for over twenty years. He has obtained the highest level of appraisal licensing by the Georgia real estate appraisal board, Certified General. His appraisal experience includes: subdivision analysis, feasibility studies for various types of investment property, large land tract acquisition, and all types of commercial property and custom residential development.
